Scalable System Architecture

We respond to these requirements with modular solutions and systems that can be easily scaled. For example, in the case of a slurry tanker, one first considers its partial functions. For these we have developed independent solutions. Now, each complete system for a particular slurry tanker consists of a combination of subsystems. Vehicle manufacturers can thus select all hydraulic and electrical subfunctions themselves in a configuration file and thus put together an individual solution for their vehicle or implement. In addition to activating the functional options, the system parameters also include all changeable settings, such as the flow rates of the valves or specific weights of the media to be spread. The manufacturer can change the preset values on the PC or directly on the device. In this way, hydraulic systems, controllers and HMIs are very easily scalable in their range of functions: from basic to fully equipped configuration. This allows manufacturers to opt for visualization solutions, controllers, input and output modules, central electrics and plug-and-play cabling solutions. Jetter's modular system offers manufacturers the additional advantage of reducing the time from development to market launch of new devices.
